The services and products you acquire from Specialty Engraving are specifically customized for your location.  Under no circumstances will any returned merchandise be accepted without the prior consent of the management of Specialty Engraving.  By submitting an order online, you agree to these terms and conditions and are fully responsible for payment of all outstanding invoices.  Upon accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to not contest any credit card charges related to, or in payment of, any of our merchandise or services.  You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide on the order form.  Errors that are a result of our oversight will be corrected in an efficient and timely manner.  However, any such error does not constitute a rebate or refund of any kind. This site may produce automated search results or otherwise link to other sites on the Internet. These sites could contain material or information that some people may find inappropriate or offensive. These other sites are not under the control of Specialty Engraving, and you acknowledge that Specialty Engraving is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, decency, copyright compliance, or any other aspect of the content of these sites.
